Heating elements for industry
Ceramic heating elements
Merkur manufactures ceramic heating elements of different shapes and sizes for indirect heating of liquids such as water, oil, diesel and bitumen. The resistance wire is threaded through cylindrical ceramic parts, which are mounted around one axis to create a heater of the length the customer requires.
For these applications the heater is placed inside a stainless steel tube to protect the ceramics and the wire from the liquid. The main advantage: the core can be replaced without fully draining the reservoir or dismantling the heater.
We offer solutions not only for the best-known manufacturers of such appliances, but also for new manufacturers, and we advise you on how to reach the optimal heating solution for the medium and operating temperature of your appliances.
