Every heater goes through electrical and physical testing during production. Since 2013 we hold the German VDE certificate for electric water heating elements.

Our factory
From a small workshop to a modern factory in Pristina
Merkur started as a small workshop, with improvised equipment and a small production capacity. After the war in Kosovo, with a clear vision of a modern product built to European standards, the company moved to Pristina, into a modern factory equipped with top-quality European machinery.
