Immersion heaters

Merkur manufactures electric heating elements that are immersed into fluids to heat them directly. They are used in central heating boilers, water heaters, deep fryers, chemical processes and other industrial applications.

We manufacture them in acid- and oil-resistant stainless steel and in copper. The tubes are brazed or welded into flanges of different shapes and sizes, and usually come with a thermostat and a terminal box. The heater is typically screwed into the reservoir.
