Immersion heaters

Merkur manufactures electric heating elements which are immersed into fluids to heat them directly. These heating elements are used in central heating boilers, water heaters, deep fryers, different chemical processes and other industrial applications.
We manufacture this type of heating element with acid or oil resistant stainless steel and copper.
To create an immersion heater, the tubes are brazed or welded into different formed and sized flanges, and it is common for these heaters to come with a thermostat and also a connection box. These heaters are usually screwed into the reservoir, where they perform their task.
