Ceramic heating elements
Merkur manufactures ceramic heating elements of different forms and sizes for indirect heating of liquids, such as water, oil, bitumen, etc. These heaters are constructed by going through the walls of the cylindrical ceramic parts with the wire picked for the task. The ceramic parts are mounted together around one axis creating a longer heater structure according to the requirements of the customer. For the above applications, the heater is placed inside a stainless steel tube in order to protect the ceramics and the wire from the contact with the liquid.
A main advantage of these heating elements is that the core of the heater can be replaced without completely emptying the reservoir and without completely dismantling the heater.
We offer not only solutions for the most well-known manufacturers of such appliances, but also solutions for new manufacturers. We give advice on how to reach an optimal heating solution for the medium and operating temperature of your appliances.
