Cartridge heaters

Merkur manufactures cartridge heaters used for heating of metal parts, plates and molds. Furthermore, these heaters can be used for heating of fluids. Heating of solids is done through inserting it into a pocket, while heating of fluids can be done directly.
We manufacture such heaters in two ways, by using a ceramic structure inside the stainless steel tube, or by using only an MgO insulator inside the tube.
We offer not only solutions for the most well-known manufacturers of such appliances, but also solutions for new manufacturers. We give advice on how to reach an optimal heating solution for the medium and operating temperature of your appliances.
